Key Accountabilities
Lead planning, processes and projects in supply chain across the company's disciplines to reduce time and increase operational efficiency.
Build and engage in relationships with key supply chain partners to achieve project goals.
Design critical strategies to manage e-data in logistics and order processing to deliver breakthroughs in existing business models.
Display leadership, teamwork and communication skills to synchronize supply and demand challenges.
Academic Background
Degree in logistic/supply chain or business administration
Experience
7+ years of experience Logistics / Operations / Manufacturing
3+ years as a manager or leadership position including responsibilities for the oversight of a team
Key Accountabilities
Updates necessary management tracking systems to ensure the project status within the timeframe.
Coordinates all tasks related to operations between Shanghai office and Japan office.
Translate and distributes correspondence in Chinese/English/Japanese relevant to the project.
Assists with administrative preparation for events in Japan.
Academic Background
Degree in business administration / international management
Experience
2+ years in a general business environment with project coordination and/or administration experience.
Fluent Japanese, Chinese and English.
Key Accountabilities
Create emotional packaging and design from inception to excellence of product development.
Understand the holistic marketing of cosmetics and shaping the brand / product via brand
architect and design communication for competitive advantage.
Taking responsibility of time management for different projects and the ability to multitask a variety of relevant requirements from private label customers.
Be an effective and confident presenter building customer relationships with brilliant
branding ideas.
Academic Background
Degree in marketing or behavioral science discipline would be an advantage.
Experience
5+ years of design experience with interior or fashion or visual design focus.
2+ years of project designer and able to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor.
